1. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Fiora Lumea reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing

Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to change without notice. Taxes and duties may apply depending on your location.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and secure payment platforms.

4. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped from Italy.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Once the return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Product Warranty

All Fiora Lumea pieces are crafted with care by skilled Italian artisans.
Slight variations are inherent to the handmade nature of our work and reflect the authenticity of our craft.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are no longer liable.
