Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 3 days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Europe: 5–9business days

  • International: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing or carrier delays.


Shipping Fees

We offer free premium shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking link will be sent automatically via email.
If you have not received it within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@fioralumea.com and we’ll assist you promptly.


Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@fioralumea.com within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery).
We’ll investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


Incorrect Address or Order Changes

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, we cannot guarantee changes before dispatch.
